Different Services We Can Offer:
When doing any sort of event, we like to mix things up and tailor our main offering to compliment the crowd it is going to attract. Below is a list of different options we provide:
Draught Beer: Our bar comes stocked with up to 6 different options customers can enjoy, we usually keep 2 different beers/lagers and one cider available at all times.
Prosecco & Champagne: Not much can beat a nice, cold glass of prosecco on a sunny afternoon! We keep stocked both a regular and rose version of both.
Sangria & Pimms: Either by the jug or the glass, we keep freshly made sangria and pimms available for our customers. These are prepared with fresh fruit every single day.
Frozen Cocktails: On those really hot days, nothing is better than a frozen strawberry daiquiri or margarita. We blend them fresh for you right in front of your eyes!
Spirits & Mixers: Fully equipped with named spirits from international and local suppliers, regardless of their preferences, we have something for everyone.
Mocktails: If you don’t fancy an alcoholic drink, we have a bunch of virgin options which taste just as good (or some say even better!).
Water/Soft Drinks: Everyone needs a regular cold drink some times. We strongly believe in providing these at a low and fair price for all events as there is nothing worse then being overcharged for something as simple as water.
Different Methods Of Payment
Bar With Flexible Payment Options
We know that different events can require unconventional payment methods, our staff are equipped to deal with any of the following:
Cash & Card Payments: We have no problem accepting all major card and contactless payment providers, as well as being cash exclusive too.
Drinks Tokens: If your event works on a drinks token basis, we can accommodate this too, either provided by yourself or we can use our own!
External Card Machines: Do you need all payments to go through one system? Our staff are comfortable using your own machines if required. If so, please highlight this in your enquiry.
Mobile Bar For All Event Types
Different Event Types We Can Do:
We know that many events and festivals take place in all sorts of different settings, we are prepared to deal with all of them! See below for a list of different types we can accommodate for:
Outdoor Events: From Agricultural Shows to Christmas Markets we have done it all. We are fully equipped to deal with muddy fields or tarmac. We have tables for customers to relax and umbrellas for when it rains.
Trade Shows: Impressing clients at the NEC? We can bring our bar to compliment your stand anywhere. Please let us know with enough time so we can organise this with the venue.
Indoor Events: We can either bring our horsebox or if that won’t fit, we have a smaller, portable bar which can fit inside of any indoor venue.
Festivals: These can get messy! Our staff are fully prepared to supply drinks from dusk till dawn at the busiest of festivals, our jugs of sangria and frozen cocktails always go down a treat.
