The Process.

Tell us about your event.
You can tell us as much or as little as you like. We understand everyone is at different stages of planning when it comes to events, as long as you can tell us the date, location, rough guest numbers and your ideal timings, we’ll make it work.

We design your setup.
With all of the context given, we’ll recommend the best bar setup, drinks and service style depending on the event. Whether you need the outdoor Horsebox Bar or an indoor Modular Bar Section, we’ll be able to tailor to exactly your needs.

Receive your tailored quote.
Once we have the full picture, we’ll send you through a clear, fully bespoke quote which will reflect your exact needs on the day, with no hidden extras. You’ll then have the chance to check it through and ensure it encompasses everything you need.

Lock it in.
To lock the date in our calendar and protect it from other enquiries, we typically require 25% of the total booking value as a deposit to secure it. From here we’ll handle the rest!

Pre-event consultations and planning.
Prior to the event, we’ll liaise with both you, any planner involved, and the venue to ensure everyone is on the same page. We’ll have the opportunity to discuss last minute changes and finer details in a lot more depth.

We deliver on the day.
What we’ve all been waiting for! The team will arrive, setup, deliver and excel on the bar serviced promised and then pack down after. We’ll handle everything behind the bar and leave you with a completely stress free experience.
