Mr & Mrs Dyett
The Story.
The Idea.
For this 120-guest wedding at David Dale Gallery, the brief was to create a bar setup that felt completely at home within the venue’s striking brutalist courtyard. The couple wanted the drinks to feel considered and a little different too, with 120 welcome cocktails split between Aperol Spritzes and Margaritas, alongside a carefully selected range of beers and more unusual wines for the tables.
The Execution.
We installed our indoor bar within the courtyard and used lighting to make the setup work with the architecture of the space, creating a bar that felt like part of the venue rather than something simply brought in for the day. We also sourced niche table wines including Vallo Ricoletto Orange and Chin Chin Vinho Verde, alongside a varied beer selection, before moving into full bar service for what quickly became a very lively evening!
The Result.
The result was exactly what the couple had hoped for: a huge party in an incredible setting, with the bar right at the centre of it. The lighting came into its own as the evening went on, the welcome cocktails set the tone from the start, and by 1am the guests had quite literally drunk the bar dry. It was a brilliant example of how the right drinks, setup and atmosphere can completely transform an unconventional venue into an unforgettable wedding celebration.
Wow! Where do I start. Sam and the team went above and beyond for our wedding. They worked with us to tailor our menu and sourced natural wines we wanted.
They kept us calm during all the planning.
Service was excellent on the day and their vibe suited our wedding so much. Genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything more.
Happy and friendly team with a professional service.
Cocktails packed a punch and tasted so good we managed to drink the bar dry!!!
