The Story.
The Idea.
Nestlé approached us to provide the bar for a summer party at their York site, bringing together members of their Research & Development team for an afternoon of food, drinks and live entertainment. The brief was simple: create a relaxed open-bar experience that felt fun, sociable and completely in keeping with the Nestlé brand.
The Execution.
We transformed part of the site’s car park into a full outdoor bar setup using our vintage horsebox, serving draught beer and freshly made cocktails throughout the event. To tie everything into the occasion, we incorporated Nestlé branding across the bar, including custom digital menus displayed inside the horsebox and red cups that complemented their instantly recognisable branding. Alongside the bar, guests enjoyed live music, great food and an ice cream truck, all helped by some brilliant Yorkshire summer weather!
The Result.
The result was a relaxed and memorable summer party where the bar became a natural hub for the event. Guests could enjoy unlimited drinks throughout the afternoon while taking in the music, food and sunshine, with the branded details helping the whole setup feel considered and specific to Nestlé rather than an off-the-shelf bar service. A great example of how we can take a straightforward corporate brief and turn it into a polished, fully managed experience.
